Layer400 Owner-Canary — acceptance and confirmation wording

You are requesting personal, consumer-only access to the closed Layer400 Receiver Owner-Canary for one approved Raspberry Pi 5 and fixed station. Business or commercial use is not permitted. The software is proprietary pre-release digital content. It is not air traffic control, an air-traffic service, a navigation aid, an emergency service or proof that airspace is clear. Public receiver enrolment remains closed. Review and save each separate document below before accepting.

5. Acknowledgement of cancellation-right effect

☐ I understand that, once the software download or other digital supply begins, I will lose any applicable statutory right to cancel that digital-content contract, to the extent the law permits. This does not affect my rights if the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or does not conform to the contract.

Server-side validation

No browser-only or hidden-field check is sufficient. A document-version change invalidates the previous download acceptance and requires a new affirmative record.

Then provide a downloadable, immutable acceptance receipt and the complete signed release bundle. The receipt or accompanying durable package must contain or preserve the exact accepted terms and state:

You requested immediate supply and acknowledged that the start of digital supply may end any applicable cancellation right. Your mandatory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content are unaffected.

The record must retain account ID, release and document versions, both digital-supply booleans, acceptance time, request IP and bounded user-agent audit metadata. It must never store a password, session token, claim code, device private key or raw signing key.

Error wording

• Wrong account: This receiver release is restricted to the approved Owner-Canary account and device.
• Email not verified: Verify your email address before accepting the receiver release documents.
• Version mismatch or missing control: The receiver documents changed or an acceptance is missing. Refresh, review every current document and try again.
• Artifacts absent: The signed release is not yet available. No software has been supplied.
• Download gate disabled: Receiver downloads are closed on this release channel.
