Layer400 is building a community receiver network for broadcast Remote ID — turning signals heard locally into a map seen globally.

A simulated map animation shows synthetic Remote ID tracks around London Gatwick. A red arc travels around a demonstration proximity ring and periodically marks a fictional proximity event. The display contains no live aircraft data.

FOUNDING NETWORK / RECEIVER PROGRAMME

The first Layer400 stations will use small, independently operated receivers to add measured coverage to the network. Raspberry Pi support comes first, with compact receiver hardware following later.
